Keris4D Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Keris4D platform, including the website at keris4d.best, the mobile application, and all related services we provide. In this document, "Keris4D", "we", or "platform" refers to the operator of this website and its services. "You" or "member" refers to individuals who register and use the Keris4D platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of Keris4D's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the Keris4D platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Keris4D platform, you must fully satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old. Keris4D strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from registering or using any part of this platform, without exception.
• You are registering as an individual – not as a company, association, or corporate entity.
• You are registering solely for yourself and not on behalf of any other person.
• The funds you use for deposits are your own legally obtained money and are not derived from any unlawful source.
• You are not on any list of individuals or entities prohibited from using online betting platform services.
• You register using accurate, complete, and current information — not false details or another person's information.

Keris4D reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with Keris4D. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Keris4D employs various technical methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Keris4D username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity conducted through your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is entirely your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your password has been compromised, contact the Keris4D support team immediately at support@keris4d.best and change your password right away.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Keris4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (via any participating bank)
• Maybank2u via FPX
• CIMB Clicks via FPX

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, Keris4D reserves the right to set limits on specific accounts based on risk profile and compliance requirements.

All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. Funds credited to your Keris4D account may only be used for gaming activity within the platform and cannot be transferred directly to another Keris4D account. Successful deposits are typically credited within one to two seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact Keris4D support with proof of transaction for prompt assistance.

5Winnings Withdrawal

You may request a withdrawal of your winnings at any time, provided your account balance is sufficient and there are no active restrictions on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

The standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 10 minutes for all supported Malaysian payment methods. In cases requiring additional security review, Keris4D reserves the right to extend the processing period to up to 24 hours. We will notify you if any additional review is required.

Keris4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing large withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of payment method, and bank statements. The KYC process is in place to protect your interests and ensure the security of your Keris4D account.

• Winnings derived from bonuses or free credits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — refer to Section 6.
• Withdrawal requests made on public holidays will be processed on the next business day if the selected payment method does not support 24/7 transactions.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Keris4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific terms of each promotion. These wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses at Keris4D:

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who have never previously held a Keris4D account.
• Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only, regardless of the number of accounts registered (registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is a breach of these Terms).
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash – they must be used for betting activity within the Keris4D platform in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Keris4D reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited according to the schedule stated in the relevant promotion.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on Keris4D are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are accurate before confirming. Keris4D will not cancel confirmed bets at a member's request, except in recognised technical circumstances.

For football and other sports betting:

• The odds displayed are those at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed due to market movements.
• Bets accepted before a match begins will be settled based on the full 90-minute result (or the standard duration for the relevant sport) unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum play period has been met, all related bets will be fully refunded to your Keris4D account.
• In-play bets accepted during a match will be settled based on the final result of the match from the time the bet was accepted.
• If displayed odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, Keris4D reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.

For poker and casino games:

• All Live Casino games use real-time video streaming with live dealers. Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with Keris4D's technical disruption policy.
• Games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently audited by accredited third parties to ensure absolute fairness.

8Responsible Gaming

Keris4D takes responsible gaming very seriously. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools to help members manage their betting activity in a healthy and responsible way. We encourage all members to make use of these tools as part of a balanced gaming experience.

The responsible gaming tools available in your Keris4D account include:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a specified time period.
• Play Time Limit: Limit your gaming session time to avoid playing for too long.
• Temporary Break: Lock your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days, based on your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: An option to permanently self-exclude from the platform for those who need long-term support.

9Prohibited Conduct

Keris4D members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account to gain bonus advantages or evade restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs, system errors, or clearly incorrect odds for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games (such as poker) to cheat other players — including chip dumping or collusion.
• Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering through the Keris4D platform.
• Providing false identification during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusing the Keris4D support team with offensive language, threats, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Engaging in structured professional betting (matched betting, arbitrage betting) using bonus funds.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Keris4D reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or requests from relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended for security reasons or for investigation purposes, Keris4D will work to resolve the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and keep you informed of your account status. Any valid balance in a suspended account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation.

If the investigation determines that a serious breach of these Terms has occurred, Keris4D reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including the original deposit and any winnings. If no breach is found, the balance and account access will be fully restored.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support@keris4d.best. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be refunded to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

11Liability Limits

Keris4D provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted platform availability, the accuracy of information, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keris4D's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of this platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your Keris4D account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Keris4D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. Keris4D does not provide financial or betting advice. All decisions to place a bet are made entirely at your own discretion.

12Amendments to These Terms

Keris4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Keris4D website, unless otherwise stated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via your registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the Keris4D platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting the Keris4D support team.
